January 30 – Pure White

Snow clings to the trees and grass after a January snowfall. The blue skies, fresh snow, and pure arctic air make for a perfect winter day.

Any wind would have blown this cotton-like snow off the branches, but it hung on long enough for me to capture this winter scene.

Understanding the Creator through His artwork magnifies this small piece of God’s glory into a sense of thankfulness and appreciation for cold winter days.

Praise the Lord from the earth, you great sea creatures and all deeps, fire and hail, snow and mist, stormy wind fulfilling his word! Psalm 148:7-8

It’s a great day to be alive! Every breath we take is a gift from the same God who mastered this scene.
