June 28 Roots of Endurance at Gooseberry Falls

One of Minnesota’s most impressive waterfalls, Gooseberry Falls is always an incredible place to photograph. The state park is known for its stunning cascades, rugged landscape, and abundant wildlife.

As you wander through the river valley, the air carries the sweet scent of cedar, blending with the cool, damp breath rising from the falls.

There is something timeless here. The century-old cedars tell a quiet story of longevity, endurance, and grace—their roots gripping ancient bedrock, holding fast, thriving year after year.
